Terms of Service

Last updated October 20, 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and SpinDown (a trade name of SKAPARKRAFT LLC, a California company). Contact: support@getspindown.com.

What SpinDown is

SpinDown is a web app with a nightly set of short interactive exercises we call unwinds, short breathing cues and simple tools for busy thoughts. It is for everyday wellbeing. It is not medical care, therapy or a treatment for any condition. If you are in crisis in the US, call or text 988.

Sound

SpinDown can play binaural beats and soft background sound, including tracks where the sound moves slowly between your ears. Keep the volume low. If you feel dizzy or uneasy, stop. Don’t use it while driving. If you have epilepsy or a seizure disorder, ask your doctor before using binaural beats.

Your subscription

One-time extras

We may offer optional one-time extras (for example The 2 A.M. Pack; The Off-Screen Kit; The 30-Night Spin-Down Program; SpinDown for Life), at checkout or afterwards. Each is a single payment, charged only when you choose it: at checkout, or later with one tap to the card you saved. Extras never renew. Downloads (audio files and printable PDFs) are yours to keep for personal use; app features need an active plan. You can ask for a full refund of any charge within 7 days; see the Refund Policy.

Saved card

Payments are processed by Stripe. At checkout you agree that your card is saved with Stripe so the monthly renewal and any extra you tap to buy can be charged. We never see or store your full card number.

Your account

Your account lives on the devices you sign in on. Keep your private sign-in link to yourself; anyone with it can use your account.

Fair use

Personal, non-commercial use only. Household seats are for people in your household.

Liability

SpinDown is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, SpinDown is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to what you paid in the 12 months before a claim. These terms are governed by California law.
