Privacy Policy

The short version

What you type into SpinDown (your worries, loops and lists) and your before-and-after ratings stay on your device. We never see them.

Payment details: handled by Stripe. We receive your email, the last digits and brand of your card, and payment status, never your full card number.
Account: a random account ID, your email from checkout, your subscription status and what you bought.
Consent record: when you agree to the renewal terms we keep the wording you agreed to, the time, your IP address and browser type, as California law requires us to.
Reminders: if you turn on the bedtime reminder, we store your browser’s push address, your reminder time and time zone.
Basic usage counts: which funnel steps were reached (for example "offer viewed"), with no personal details.

We don’t sell or share your personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising profiles.

Stripe (payments) and Cloudflare (hosting and database). Google Fonts serves the fonts.

Email us to see or delete your account data. Turn off reminders any time in Account. California residents have the rights described in the CCPA/CPRA.
